Because of the wide  human body of products, the wide  start of product sizes, and the relatively small quantities of any particular product, manual of arms operations remain a  spanking part of the  outturn systems of the steel casting comp   anies. Ergonomic improvements  go forth  embolden the operators to more efficiently and consistently produce  flavor products.  both ergonomic problems are critical to the production process.  Any improvements in the  work  allow result in less turnover. During our project  critique meetings, many companies have  remark that not only productiveness but also product quality suffers while they are training new employees. This  lessening in quality is  stock-still via rework   , which unnecessarily consumes more energy. !   The  device assumed a  decline of rework by 1-2% and a scrap reduction of 0.05%.
